In a stunning location, between the ancient mountain village of Bellapais and the Mediterranean resort of Kyrenia, our architect designed villas are built to exceptionally high standards. A travel cot is available on request. There is a second family bathroom and a separate cloakroom. Each bedroom is independently air-conditioned and there are built-in wardrobes plus plenty of storage space. The open-plan lounge areas provide an enormous, double-height living space and are fully air-conditioned. Furnishings are excellent and the generous level of standard equipment includes a large, flat-screen television with DVD player and satellite, including English channels. The dining area offers comfortable seating for six, and the light kitchen is fully-equipped, including built-in oven, hob, water cooler, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and even a coffee machine!

Outside, each villa has a good-sized garden and features a generous patio area surrounding its beautiful, private pool. Villas are fully serviced with weekly cleaning and pool maintenance. In short, everything you could wish for in a holiday home!

Airport transfers from Ercan (north Cyprus) are approximately 40 minutes. Transfers from Larnaca airport in the south take around 80 minutes.

Both Bellapais and Kyrenia are a few minutes
by car. Nicosia is about half an hour's drive.

The nearest beach is a few minutes by car.
